Raymond Bakaitis, Ph.D. is a psychologist in independent practice in Los Angeles. He is an Associate Clinical Professor, Retired, in the Department of Psychology at the University of California, Los Angeles. He is a past-President of the Los Angeles County Psychological Association. He is an active member of the Lithuanian Group Relations Society and a co-creator of International Group Relations China (IGRC). Ray experiences group relations work as a resource for expanding personal and systemic awareness that can be applied toward advancing social change.
